This application is a process that does a “re-pass” for Management Hold (Exception number 87) exception items to see if they can be paid before final exception processing, and to assess fees based on whether the transactions are returned or paid.

This application provides the functionality to automatically charge fees on these exception transactions and increase income for the financial institution.
