This DNAapp provides financial institutions a centralized location to house and group commonly used web links within DNA. All information on the page (links and categories) may be customized by each financial institution to meet their needs. Providing quick accessibility on one page within DNA to important day to day functions will increase customer service levels and productivity for any staff.
The application is available from the "Quick Inquiries | Web Links" menu in the Relationships module.
The user clicks on the links available in the page in order to launch his web browser with the selected web site.
Parameters:
In order to create these variables in the DNA database, the "ConfigSetup.sql" script should be run by the administrator prior to the first run of the application. Variables may be customized by the financial institution. For users with sufficient credentials, functionality exists to update the section values and the link values by using the DNA GUI; menu "Institution | Variables" in the System module, choose "Web Links" in the drop down list.
The web links values have to be formatted like this: "
Sectionx|name|url" (example: "Section1|Federal Reserve Financial|http://www.fededirectory.frb.org/search_ach.cfm").

This DNAapp is compatible with DNA 3.0 or higher. You will need to download and install the Configuration Toolkit which will configure DNA to load and manage DNAapps. This toolkit is included in the DNA release CD since DNA 3.3 and will be updated here whenever a more recent release is available.
