This DNAapp is designed to assist in the fulfillment of troubled debt compliance regulations by providing an electronic means to track and update loan restructuring activities with the capability to automatically number and track each loan provision. The application provides for activity record generation for audit purposes. The application integrates with Microsoft Report Viewer to allow for preview and printing of loan restructure activities.
In either the Person/Member Maintenance or Organization Maintenance, after the selected member/customer appears on the screen, the user will go to the Additional menu item and select Loan Restructure Tracking. A screen with a list of loans and credit cards will appear, if there are no loans to display a message will show as “No Information Found.”
To view the loan restructure activities on a loan, double click the account. The Summary section will list loan restructure activities if available; otherwise, a message will be displayed as “No Information Found.”

This DNAapp is compatible with DNA 3.0 or higher. You will need to download and install the Configuration Toolkit which will configure DNA to load and manage DNAapps. This toolkit is included in the DNA release CD since DNA 3.3 and will be updated here whenever a more recent release is available.

In order to properly use the Report Viewer, Microsoft Report Viewer 2010 must be installed. The viewer may be downloaded from the following Microsoft website: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=6442
