This application will import email addresses from a comma separated text file. The text file contains a TIN and an email address.

The application creates new, or updates existing email address records for the person or organization identified in the file, provided the email address does not already exist.
Each field in the file is delimited by commas. The application reads each record and uses the ‘Tax Id’ column to match the person’s or organization’s tax id number in DNA™. The email address will be inserted for the matching entity if the address does not already exist. If an email address already exists, it will be replaced with the new value. Successful updates and errors will be written to a report. The activity will be logged in the system activity tables.
