The External Loan Service Maintenance screen allows a financial institution to process transactions against externally serviced loan accounts. The transaction descriptions are specifically formatted for processing via the interface files used in the FISERV MS_EXTENPLUS interface.
- Cash to GL
- Descriptive Withdrawal to GL
- Electronic Transfer to GL
- Gets the Tax Reported for number and name
- Gets the Institution Variable values
- Loads the Institution Organization Branch drop down list with either the organization/branch associated to the default (Institution variable “MTGL”) GL account number, or a list of all organizations/branches associated to an active GL account number
- Loads the GL titles (account titles) drop down list for all GL accounts associated to the organization/branch selected in the Institution Organization Branch drop down list
- Selects the first record of both lists and displays the GL account number for the GL Title record selected
- Loads the Transfer From Account drop down list with all active checking and savings accounts and their available balance for the Tax Reported For and any associated entities with a non-employee role returned by the CoreAPI AccountListRequest
- Gets the following values for the external account number selected in the External tab of the Relationship Profile screen
- Payment Amount
- Next Due Date
- Major Account Type
- If this is determined to be EXT then the processing continues; otherwise the message “Account number {x} is not Externally Serviced. This screen will close.” is displayed and the screen will close with no further processing taking place
After each successful transaction a print dialog will open allowing the user to print transaction receipt(s).
