This DNAapp provides Financial Institutions the ability to capture the details of a disputed ATM/Debit Card transaction. For example, an account is debited but cash is not disbursed or an account is debited twice etc. This DNAapp also provides a list of all the successful/failed transactions that are done through the ATM by a given card for a particular day, helping the back office to identify the disputed transactions.

New features introduced in the updated version:
- Ability to select multiple transactions to dispute at once with a roll up to a single dispute event
- Create a listing of eligible transactions and a button to generate a dispute directly from that listing where information is pre-filled to create a dispute
- Ability to customize status options to better track recovery efforts
- Different status codes based upon the type of dispute
- Updated the 'Reason for Dispute' box to contain pre-defined selections in addition to a free form field. It can work like the Merchant name, where previous entries entered are recalled
Exclusions:
The existing Cards and Agreements functionality have not been changed for this application.

This DNAapp is compatible with DNA 3.0 or higher. You will need to download and install the Configuration Toolkit which will configure DNA to load and manage DNAapps. This toolkit is included in the DNA release CD since DNA 3.3 and will be updated here whenever a more recent release is available.
Before executing this application, the Financial Institution require following prerequisites at their environment: The required set-up script/ steps have been executed before running this application. This application will be available if the Financial Institution has provided the authorization rights for the same to the respective users.
