This application creates an extract file that contains a list of members with a savings or checking account with the account status as defined in the ‘Account Statuses to Include’ parameter. This extract is used by CUNA Mutual group for member mailings.
The application creates the extract in two formats depending on the value of the File Type parameter. The two formats are: Standard Layout - a fixed length file format including institution account information for a member. Simplified Layout - a comma-delimited file format which only includes the name, address and phone number of the member. The following conditions are used to determine the selection criteria for the extract. One record is produced per person/member. The member has a savings and/or checking account with an account status as defined in the ‘Account Statuses to Include’ parameter. Both the Tax Reported For and Non Tax Owner (OWN) roles on an account are considered.
The selection criteria excludes the following:
- Deceased persons based on the Death Date on the person record.
- Person records with the Privacy Indicator checked.
- Organizations are excluded from the selection criteria.

This DNAapp is compatible with DNA 3.0 or higher. You will need to download and install the Configuration Toolkit which will configure DNA to load and manage DNAapps. This toolkit is included in the DNA release CD since DNA 3.3 and will be updated here whenever a more recent release is available.
